Samudra Manthan - Conscious Innerwork
The story of 'Samudra Manthan' from ancient Indic tradition teaches us the challenges and rewards of conscious innerwork.
With the 'Samudra', the ocean representing the unknown underlying potential consciousness, and 'Manthan', churning of this ocean embodying innerwork, the story can be an allegory for the journey of our life. Undertaken with consciousness, it can represent intense moments of biological, psychological, emotional and spiritual engagement with the forces that animate life.
This talk examines the potentiality of "Inner Work.” When consciously undertaken, it enables us to walk through the struggles by bringing awareness to the unaware fragmented parts of ourself and connecting to the essence underlying it, in the spirit of wholeness.
