Trishanku - Turbulence in Transition
The word 'Trishanku' has come to denote a middle state, more closer to limbo — between one's goals or desires, and one's current state or existence i.e, the inner universe between heaven and the hades — a state of dangling in the middle.
This talk examine the state of 'Trishanku' that emerges often during a phase of transition in our lives. Our life is not a straight line, but traverses through a crest and trough as we experience the turbulence. This defines us and shapes the course of decisions we make.
The talk explores the state of inner turbulence in outer transition, and attempts to uncover the gold we can find in such a phase, through a psyche-somatic-spiritual approach.
